1.9. Commemorating and celebrate Father's Day. 1.9. Make Father's Day cards for all elderly fathers who live in old folk's homes. 1.9. Educate my children. Father's Day is a day to honour fathers and celebrate fatherhood and parenthood, the significance of fathers in society, and their influence and contributions to society. Besides celebrating our own Father, we can also celebrate fatherhood within society, like grandfathers in old folk's homes.

Before: Before beginning this project, I discussed how we could make a positive contribution to society with my team members. First, we brainstormed numerous ideas and ultimately decided to send Father's Day cards to old folk's homes, as Father's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday in June. We looked up how to make a nicer Father's Day card for the elderly on YouTube (MyVoucherCodes, 2016) and what materials we will need to prepare at home. During: On Father's Day, after finishing our breakfast at 10 am, we began making cards, with each team member focusing on their specific job responsibilities to complete the task. We finished it in 2 hours. Unfortunately, it started raining just as I was about to schedule a delivery service. While we wait for the rain to stop, we have our lunch. After: After the rain stops at 2 pm, I book a Grab delivery service with a cost RM9. to assist with sending cards to old folk's homes, after the president of the old folk's home received cards from Grab person, he took some pictures and sent to me to demonstrate that all Fathers received it unexpectedly and happily.

9 am – 10 am: Having breakfast and preparation card material. 10 am – 12 pm: Making Father's Day cards and packing. 12 pm – 2 pm: Lunch and waiting rain stop. 2 pm – 2 pm: Booking Grab delivery service to assist with sending cards to old folk's homes.

planning, I have considered several project activities and can't decide which is the best one to undertake, so I'm continuing to discuss with my family members. I was deeply moved because my husband and children were all very supportive and eager to assist and collaborate with me. Finally, we decided to make Father's Day cards for fathers who live in old folk's homes. I felt extremely fortunate to be able to contribute during this semester because it is Parent's Month. I appreciate my family's love and support of doing it without any argument or anger during the card-making process, especially my children. They are incredibly patient. Throughout the process, I have the impression that we are having a good time together. The Covid-19 pandemic brings us together, creates a good time for each family, and allows us to spend a lot of time together. Although we are busy with work from home, it also allows us to spend the entire day together. When I watched the video again, I was overjoyed. Video serves as one of our memories as well. Last but not least, when all the men in old folk’s homes received our cards, we feel so happy like they celebrate together with us, even they are in different places.

This assignment required me to act as a project manager, which required me to plan the entire project and video production process, which was difficult. At first, I thought it would be a big challenge for me, even though I had previously volunteered with other organizations and done community service. And this is the first time I have done my planning and implementation. As a result of this assignment, I can have the best opportunity to gain knowledge and experience. It was difficult at first, but now that we are working together, it is not as difficult as anticipated. It was a lot of fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. However, I had some difficulties editing videos, which was a new experience, and I gained a great deal of knowledge from this project. Aside from my personal experiences, I have always wanted to contribute to do community service to those in need. When I contacted the president of these old folk’s homes and discovered that all of the older people in this house were homeless and abandoned by their children, I felt so sad for them. I told my kids that all these grandparents were so pitiful, so we decided to visit them once the pandemic ended, and they agreed.

The experience was pretty good, and it provided an excellent opportunity for family bonding time. The experience is new for both my family and me. We had no idea that delivering community services to others could be done in an indoor setting. Despite this, there is still a lack of human touch feeling. Overall, it was a positive experience. This is a good start for my children, as it will allow them to develop a sense of community while participating together and contributing from a young age. After learning from this project, I am confident in my ability to plan, implement, and improve it in the future.

First would like to thank you, E-Tutor En, who has been patient and helpful in guiding us in classes and solve the problem we face. Although we have working experience, we are very efficient in work. But when we return to the academics as an adult student, we are like children learning new things from our teachers. It has been my experience with this assignment that I have understood how to start from the planning stage, implement the plan, coordinate with team members, and what the subject and objective of the project are and what is the significance of the accomplishment we do.

Due to covid-19, community service work is restricted at this time. Especially, it isn't easy to carry out activities with a group of people. Those in needy require financial assistance and basic necessities such as food, medical care, and other necessities. They face a significant impact. Although we can contribute from indoor and have them delivered the needs by delivery services. However, a personal touch is required. We are unable to know about their circumstances, even though we can now do so through video call. However, the relationship was not intimate, and it is difficult to comprehend their emotions and expressions. I am hoping that the Covid pandemic will be end soon and that everyone will be able to return to their pre-covid-19 lives. My family and I will contribute more and pay visits to the elderly, orphanages, and other activities that benefit society.

With insufficient food stocks, high staple prices due to COVID-19 and related restrictions, and poor employment opportunities from October to December 2021, the food security situation will worsen, bringing the number of people in need of assistance to 1 million (Antananarivo, 2021).

The World Food Programme (WFP) is organising a two-week humanitarian mission to Madagascar, and I will solicit the help of my friends and family members who are interested in participating in this community service and travelling to Madagascar with the WFP organisation. I will share all of the information I have about the worst and most impoverished people in Southern Madagascar. Before we travel to Madagascar, we will discuss how we can best assist them.

As the project manager, I will call the World Food Programme to determine what requirements we should be aware of and what preparations we need to make before travelling to Madagascar. After receiving all information from WFP, i will inform our group members of the steps they must take to prepare, such as obtaining a visa, passport, vaccinations, and adhering to SOP requirements. Our first implement, we will begin by providing necessities such as nutritious meals for children, rice, water, and food cane. Additionally, we will bring high-quality short-cycle grains, bean, vegetable, and tuber seeds in advance of their planting season, as well as micro-irrigation systems, irrigation

In conclusion, I feel honoured to be allowed to plan this project with my team members in my capability as a project manager. Although we have many different ideas, we have finally concluded and agreed on our first project to Madagascar during the discussion. If this project is successful, it will be observed to see what needs to be improved next. We intend to carry out a second project as a community service in different countries, such as India, Philippines or poverty countries. We will gain knowledge, improve, and contribute more activity in the future as a result of our experiences.
