Error when trying to print from web based program.
When I try to print from a web based program I use at work (called Innfusion) I get a microsoft error stating:
Windows Presentation Foundation Terminal Server Print W has encountered an error and needs to close.
I have no problems printing from any other program. I can also save these documents as PDFs and email them to myself with no problems printing the documents once they arrive in my inbox.
I tried updating .Net Framework; I also uninstalled and reinstalled Service Pack 3 -- no luck.
Any help is much appreciated.

I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 (Term Server) I have users that login with their computers (Windows XP Pro SP3) and they have local printers installed either by USB or added by TCP/IP. I set up the option when they go into remote desktop the printers will show up in the rdp session when they login. To the point: When they print in RDP to their local printer they get an error.(pictures attached) This is only one particular user that is having the issue and NO ONE else! I tried restarting the print spooler, doing windows updates on the user PC, and a new print driver... But no luck. Help??

first thing you need to make sure you have is that all the printers that are installed on the client machines have the drivers installed on the Server itself do you have that (in my case i have clients using 32bit and 64bit machines and I have installed both drivers for all the printers that are going to be redirected) Check that first

Wyse C90LEW - Error - Windows Presentation Foundation Terminal Server
We are connecting to a Windows Server 2008 R2 server and trying to print a 120 page report. We get an error saying "Windows presentation foundation terminal server print w has encountered a problem and needs to close". All the solutions on the web point to installing the latest .Net. Currently they have .Net 3.5 installed but when I try to install 3.5.1 there isn't enough disk space. I've tried to install it from a thumb drive but it still gives me a drive space error. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this printing issue or install .Net 3.5.1?
Thanks, Bill

Troubleshooting with RES Workspace Manager Part2
When I try to reproduce the steps the user takes to print an report in the remote application I see the following error.
The process TSWPFWRP.EXE is the Windows Presentation Foundation Terminal Server Print Wrapper that is installed with .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1.
Within the security node of RES Workspace Manager you select Managed Applications. You now see al list of al the processes that are being blocked by Workspace Manager.
I locate the line about the Print Wrapper tool that causes the user not being able to print from the remote application. The Print Wrapper tool is being called by the process mstsc.exe.
When you authorize an extra process for a application it is wisely to authorize the process within the Workspace Manager application object. To authorize the process you do the following: Application>Security>Authorized Files>Add
You now enter the location of the process/file you want to authorize. You can also enter the process that you allow to execute the given process of modify the file you authorize. In the ‘Administrative note’ box I enter the Topdesk call number for future reference.
After you click ok the process is authorized and the user can print again from his remote application.
For more information about the TSWPFWRP.EXE process please check out. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2021394
