How do I preserve hyperlinks, when I save PowerPoint files as jpeg
Hi Mary. That is impossible. The JPG format itself cannot include extra information like hyperlinks etc. Everything but the image is lost when you export.

POWERPOINT STOP WHEN I LOCK COMPUTER
I SET UP A SECOND DISPLAY SCREEN TO RUN A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION AT THE FRONT DESK. HOWEVER WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST HAS TO LOCK HER COMPUTER, THE PRESENTATION STOPS. IS THERE A WAY TO STOP THIS? I TRIED SETTING UP A LOCK SCREEN SLIDESHOW BUT IT ONLY WORKS ON THE MAIN SCREEN.

Dear Denisse Berrios
Welcome to the Microsoft Community! We are happy to help you.
Understanding that you are experiencing problems with PowerPoint when running a slide show.
Typically, when you set up a second display at the front desk to run a slide show presentation, it's normal for the presentation to stop if the computer is locked because the locking action pauses all running applications.
Is your multi-screen display device a projector or what? Does your computer graphics card support dual output? (There are two video ports for connecting different monitors)
You mentioned trying to set up a lock screen slideshow, what exactly do you do?
What happens if you try switching the slide show monitor to a second screen? Under Slide Show tab - Setup Slide Show - Multi-Monitor option.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other updates, thank you.
