Michigan Bar Exam Essays
Does anyone have any insight or feelings which MI-specific subjects may show up on the essays for the Feb. 2022 exam? This is my first time taking it, and after hearing that Prof. Resp. showed up on the July bar, I'm not feeling very confident in the past trends.
I know that the basics- Crim Pro/Law, CivPro, Evidence, Contracts/Sales, Torts, Real Property, Const. Law, Personal Property, and Domestic Relations are basically guaranteed. And from recent testing rates/trends, Agency, Conflicts, Creditor Rights, and Trusts seem likely for this one.
My course told me that Commercial Paper/Negotiable Instruments has goods odds for this exam, and I think we are due for both a Contracts and Sales questions. Just curious if anyone is thinking the same that I am, or what their thoughts are.
